If you have little kids it may befive x three-minute blocks for you.To get started, get your diary NOW andwrite in one fun thing you have beenhanging out to do. Call a friend and tellthem that you are going to do it, and DOIT today.

Answer:
Get over it, and value yourself.Here's why: Guilt is more damaging to yourhealth than any physical stress.So, when you feel guilty you change yourbody chemistry negatively and you canproduce symptoms like headaches etc. Ifyou give yourself a hard time for feelingguilty you add more stress.Relax and realise you are human we all getbusy. Go for quality time if you cannot getthe quantity you desire.

Realise your expectations are just that,your expectations.Why? Because you only get frustrated whenyour expectations are not met.Get over that you cannot control everythingor everyone. I meet so many mums with little kids thatdon't even get time to go to the toilet inpeace. Yes the world will end if the child isnot in there with you.Why? Because to them, the world will end ifthey don't have your attention right now.There is no magical answer to this one, butyou do deserve to "pee" in peace.Know that you are not alone and that everymum has been there on this one. The kidswill move through it and you will survive.

"What happens if I ask forwhat I want?"
Answer:
You will gain the respect of others foractually asking for help.Here's why: People admire people who arestraight and honest with them. It helpsvalidate how they are also feeling.We all basically want the same things inlife, but most people won't show their"humanness" and ask for what they want.If you don't ask in the first place you haveno possibility of getting it. So create thepossibility and ask for what you want, somehelp.

"How do I get a social life?"
Answer:
Get out and meet other grown ups.Why? Networking with other mums andadults in general is a sanity saver.We all need reassurance sometimes,supporting and encouraging others feedsyou energy. As you support others, youalso gain the support from others.Join a networking group of like-mindedpeople to share ideas and your dailychallenges with.

"Why don't I feel deservingof rest time?"
Answer:
You have too much fun whining about it.Here's why: Humans find it easier tocomplain about stuff than to do somethingabout it. If you respected yourself and tookquality rest time, (I know it is not alwaysquantity) you would have nothing to whineabout. Wow you would be happy. Shock.So, channel your energy into being positiveand get on living the happy life you deserveand already have.Think about it how life is here in Australiacompared to some other countries in theworld. Be grateful for the opportunities andwonderful things you already have.

"How do get more energyfor life?"
Answer:
Do something you enjoy, or if you don'tenjoy it, change your perception to thetask.Why? You always naturally have the energyfor the things you love doing.So just change your perception to what youare doing. If you tell yourself you areenergised and life is fun. That is what it willbe.Change your perception to what ishappening, tell yourself you have all theenergy you need and you love life.

"What happens if I don'tplan for play?"
Answer:
You won't get it.Here's why: It's easier to do something forsomeone else than for yourself.So schedule it to the tiniest detail like youwould a task at work, and focus on the joythat playtime will bring. Planning to thisamount of detail feeds you energy andexcites you into doing it more often.Write tomorrow's playtime in your diaryright now. I know your first through is thatI am too busy, but make a start even if it isfive minutes of "play time". Remember gofor quality.

Allow yourself to be human. We all haveroom for improvement.Why? Because no one person or thing isever perfect. You will drive yourself madtrying to be perfect.Being balanced is noticing if you are offtrack and taking action to rectify it. Forinstance if you have extra coffee today theworld will not end, simply have two extrawaters to balance it out.

Answer:
Stop and breathe.Here's why: Breathing keeps you alive.It really does. If you don't breathe whenoverwhelmed, you will never think straightto get yourself out of it.So, stop, breathe, see what is reallyhappening compared to what you think ishappening and deal with it, NOW.Breathing helps you move through thestress and any fear associated with it.

"How do feel romanticwhen I am so busy?"
Answer:
Plan ahead and schedule in some playtimewith your partner.Why? When you are busy one of the lastthings to happen will be playtime with theone you love. Don't wait hoping that youwill be spontaneous, plan for the romance.Think about it right now, what simple actcould you plan for tonight.
